The UK Neutron and Muon Science & User Meeting (NMSUM) was recently held at Warwick University and attracted over 300 attendees. It was jointly organised by ISIS and ILL, and included a day for PhD students, a day focusing on science with parallel sessions on five themes, and a user meeting morning with facility updates.
At the meeting, various prizes were awarded, and you can read details of these here:
2018 Willis Prize for Neutron Scattering (Roger Johnson)
2019 Willis Prize for Neutron Scattering (Lucy Clark)
ISIS Impact Awards for Science, Society and the Economy
Update talks from the facilities can be found on the 2019 meeting site.
We have already fixed dates for the 2020 meeting - please put these into your diary now!
Next year's meeting will be held at Warwick again on 8-10 June 2020.
We look forward to seeing you there!
