I am working for the ISIS Environment Operations Division as a Cryogenic Technician for the Sample Environments Group. I am involved with maintaining, preparing, operating and repairing the Cryostats. I am just starting my first year with ISIS (2020) but I have four years' experience working in Cryogenics.
Before joining ISIS I completed an advanced level Mechanical Manufacturing Engineering Apprenticeship at AS Scientific Products Limited. During my time at AS Scientific I worked as a Cryogenic Technician manufacturing Cryostats, specialising in the Orange Cryostat and Top loading CCR Cryostats.
In my spare time I regularly enjoy outdoor activities, mountain biking and hiking all over the UK.
