ALF
ALF provides quick, intuitive, rapid access for the alignment and assessment of single crystals for users of the main ISIS excitation instruments and the WISH diffractometer.
Crisp
Crisp is the original neutron reflectometer instrument at ISIS and was designed for high resolution studies of a wide range of interfacial phenomena.
Engin-X
ENGIN-X is a dedicated engineering science facility at ISIS. The beamline is optimized for the measurement of strain, and thus stress, deep within a crystalline material, using the atomic lattice planes as an atomic 'strain gauge'.
GEM
The General Materials Diffractometer (GEM) is used for high intensity, high resolution neutron diffraction and pair distribution function experiments to study the structure of crystalline powders and amorphous materials.
HRPD
The High Resolution Powder Diffractometer, HRPD, is closing its doors for an upgrade between 2025 and 2028.

Loq
